Banister’s upholstery began in 1950 with a two man operation. It has since grown over the years into a full service upholstery shop of fifteen people. Originally just an auto upholstery shop, Banister's expanded to include furniture as well as any type of auto upholstery. In 1984 we added an accessory line, carrying several auto accessories. The feature product being dash covers for all types of vehicles. We do wholesale as well as retail and service many of the auto dealers in the Atlanta area. We provide quality products and services at a fair price. All work is done in our location in East Point, however, we do offer shipping for accessories.
My Dad (Bill Banister) always taught me to treat customers the way I wanted to be treated, and we would always do well. I (we) will always strive to do that throughout the life of the business. By the grace and goodness of GOD we continue to serve the Metro Atlanta area as a professional upholstery shop, and the southeast with a line of quality accessories.
